When I pulled into the bay I asked for a transmission flush, to have my tires checked, and my oil. These guys told me I didn't have a dipstick so they couldn't do my transmission. That's a lie! I HAVE A DIPSTICK! Both my dad and husband located it. My tires were not aired up. I had to take it to discount tire. My car keeps revving when driving so I took it to my dad who found the oil pan was dry. He had to put oil in it and the revving stopped immediately. This has been happening here too often for me to continue with service. I'm not going here anymore. Not going to risk it. I've never had trouble here before in all the years I've gone until now. These guys acted like they didn't want to work when I pulled up. They were all sitting inside the office. I felt like they rushed to get me out of there. I wasn't taken seriously.
