We were there 45 minutes for a 15 minute oil change. They did not tell us why it was so long until i asked what the deal was and why they hadn't put the oil in yet. They waited 20-25 minutes the manager had to go down and help loosen a bolt/nut. there were 3 cars that came and went while we sat there. They continued to work on other vehicles. Then they gave us 10% off, but we brought in our own oil and oil filter so it was a $4 savings.
