The crew was polite, professional and not pushy! They completed my oil change and had me on my way in a timely manner. They explained a process they were using when I asked a question and made sure I understood!

Terrance was amazing but the manager was chewing him out regarding an corporate opinion; it was a issue that should not be discussed in front of customers in the shop area. Manager very unprofessional. But I give Terrance a 5 star rating. As well as Hopey and Ayden. Hopefully no one else will experience this. Corporate should do something about the manager.
