My service team consisted of Jay, Phillip and Logan. All 3 delivered great customer service and took the time to explain the process. I will definitely be back.

My past visits have been great, but my two most recent visits have been very sub par. On my last visit, in particular, I arrived to find all the bays full. I held back a little to see which bay finished first and then move into that empty bay. One of the employees directed to park behind a vehicle in an occupied bay. Believing he was directing me to a bay that would be the first available, I gladly complied. Shortly after two other vehicles arrived behind me and they were directed to the other two bays. After about a thirty minute wait, the other two bays cleared out and the vehicles that arrived after me were moved into the empty bays and I was left to continue to wait. After about another ten minutes the car in front of me left the bay and I was directed inside. FINALLY we could begin my oil change (which was estimated to take "about 15 minutes"). I rolled down my windows for ventilation and turned off my vehicle. Immediately, they drained the oil from my vehicle and walked away to service the other two vehicles. I thought they would return to my vehicle once the oil had been drained, I was wrong. They didn't return to me for nearly 40 minutes. Keep in mind, the outside temperature was 100° F. I was burning up but couldn't turn on my A/C because my oil had been drained. Once they did decide to service my vehicle, it was pretty quick; however, everything leading up to that moment was miserable and unprofessional. I'm pretty sure I will not be returning to that location again. My past two experiences where not pleasant.
