FELIX N.

1.0 out of 5.0

I will never take any of my personal vehicles are commercial vehicles to this location again\. They stripped the drain plug on my box truck, and instead of fixing it correctly, they put it back in and sent me on my way When I contacted them to get the issue resolved, they referred me to a 1\-800 number\. No one ever followed up with me\. Now I’m having to take the truck to a local mechanic to get it fixed Mistakes happen, but failing to take responsibility or have a local manager call me back is unacceptable\. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location..
