They constantly shuffled cars around to put people in line in the correct order. This was a bit frustrating if they want to serve in the correct order, they could start a single line before we get to the bays. We were 2 and 3 cars deep. Also I waited about 45 min. They were busy so I do not mind but bc of all of the shuffling and then a the car in front of me had issues I had to leave and come back due to needing to pick up children. They did not try to help me get back in 5mins after returning. I got to wait another 30 min. While shuffling around to different bays. The process was frustrating.

i have been to each of your locations in Abilene. Each seems to have different management? This location seems to have plenty of people but, they seem to be a bit disorganized. I have to ask them to check the tires and doubt if this guy checked the air filter. At another location they didn't have any power steering fluid. If I owed these places you have some work to do. I feel with the lack of efficiency you are loosing money too. Some of your employees know what they are doing and some don't. Pay the good ones more and get rid of the rest. It will cost you less in the long run and have less turn over.
