I was surprised to hear that my valid coupon would not apply to me because I was considered a regular customer (meaning I go to the Valvoline Service Center regularly) and it was explained to me that the valid coupons could only be used by infrequent customers. If this is your new policy then I’ll take my “regular” business elsewhere.

Service was excellent, as always. The employees all had positive attitudes, working quickly and accurately. I have been going this particular Valvoline Oil Change Service Shop for 2 decades, and I have never had anything other than excellent service on my 57 Chevy hot rod, my Police Interceptor Crown Vic and my 2004 Mustang GT hot rod.
