On this particular day I felt bad for all staff, who appeared to be watching out for one another and who remained professional and prompt. I have no complaints and will return again to this location, discount or not.

I was very satisfied with the Service! Only concerns were that no prices are readily available to see or discussed. As I noticed the work being done I could see a new employ being properly trained with what small amount of tools were available. I suggest you organize the one tool box you do have and place tools in foam cutouts for better tool control and possibly a second toolbox for faster service. As I was in bay one the toolbox was in between bay 2 and 3, so it would take longer for the employees to go over and then search in the unorganized drawers for the correct size socket to get my oil filter out. I only suggest this since the proposed 10- 15 minute oil change was prolonged about 2-3 minutes in search a one single tool. Beyond that really appreciate the service.
