Waited in line 40 minutes behind one vehicle that had 2-3 employees working to rotate the tires on it and change the oil. Other lane had one car in it when I pulled in and then one car behind it. Moved car in adjacent lane in after 10 minutes or so and another car pulled in behind it. Staff finally decided to move a car that was blocking the 3rd lane and finally moved me into the 3 rd bay. Then they entered my data, repeat customer for years, only to tell me they did not have oil for my diesel truck. What a waste of time. Employee I talked with was nice but shocked that my truck was diesel even though he had walked around and near it several times.

I seriously cannot say enough great things about this Valvoline location! Antwane, Devnn, and Blake were super friendly, beyond helpful, and made getting my transmission and radiator fluid changed so easy. In the middle of all this my battery ended up dying, and they didn’t even hesitate, they all jumped in to help, and the manager even drove to another location to grab the exact battery I needed all within my lunch break!
They went literally above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of. The service, the kindness, the teamwork is seriously amazing. I’m a customer for life and won’t go anywhere else because these guys are the best! 😊🙌
