They have always been good. But the last two times I went there, they helped a customer that came in after me first. When I asked while my oil change was after the other customer, I was told that my changer would be back in a couple of minutes. The other customer left before mine was even started. Not cool.

Thanks for sharing, Tanya. I'm sorry to hear about your wait time, and I understand how frustrating it is that our team didn't follow our first-come, first-serve policy. At Valvoline Instant Oil Change, we aim to serve our guests in the order they arrive, so it’s disappointing to hear you got skipped. We’ll be happy to share your feedback with management to review for improvements. -Harly Valvoline Social Media Team

Horrible. hte person who was chaging oil did not know anything. person was rude and had a lot of attitide. did not want to ask for help. after wasting about 20 minutes of time how to figure he was not even sorry....luckily other person came in and helped me even though he was not asked. he fixed it in a minute and left. what a waste of time. and its not like the oil change is cheap here. i paid premium price and got the worst service..
