I want to start off by saying the staff are SO KIND HERE!! But, I went in to get my oil simply checked on a road trip. I left with a non working BMW. I had to spend 5 hours down the road at Aardvark Automotive and wait for them to fix it. Then pay upfront myself then wait for Valvoline to refund me. Do NOT GO HERE if you have a foreign car. Just go down the road to AARDVARK and pay a little more. But, staff was super super empathetic and kind. Cannot knock them on that!
