I went in a few days ago for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement. Immediately after the service, I noticed that my vehicle was driving more roughly, and the steering wheel began vibrating at higher speeds, which had never happened before. Shortly afterward, my check engine light came on with a Mass Airflow Sensor code. I took the vehicle back, and the technician who originally worked on it inspected it and admitted that a clip or component had not been properly secured when the air filter was reassembled. However, he later claimed that the check engine light had nothing to do with their work, despite acknowledging that the job had not been completed correctly. As a result, I now have to spend additional money at Firestone to verify that my vehicle was serviced properly. I was also very disappointed with the level of professionalism during my visit. The manager repeatedly put unnecessary pressure on the technician who appeared to be new, and it was obvious there was confusion and miscommunication between them throughout my service. The technician seemed to be rushing through the work, which only reinforced my concerns that the service was not performed correctly. To make matters worse, the manager stepped away to smoke a cigarette during my appointment rather than supervising or double-checking the work being performed on my vehicle. WOULD NOT recommend.

This place rocks, walmart rounded my oil plug, so I came here with my dad. Theyfixed me up with no problems, replaced everything that was essential with no hassle on what we didn’t want, and were friendly and nice to get along with!
