Jack and Itzak were incredibly nice and professional. I went in for a full synthetic oil change service and was in and out, in less than 20 min. I’m definitely coming back. 👍🏾

My family had a medical event the day I needed my vehicles inspected. I thank God for Mateo being willing to stay late to inspect our vehicles. This confirmed why I continue to choose Valvoline in Argyle to service my vehicles for the past 2 years plus. Thank you for the honest and reliable staff. I went in for an oil change on a Thursday and they checked my battery 3x and told me it was weak and needed a new one. I told them mine should still be under warranty, which they looked up and confirmed I was under warranty until the end of December 2025. They told me it would be a free service so ce it's under warranty. I said it was fine to switch for a new one. The guy then spoke with his manager and came back and said "actually, if you aren't having any issues, you can wait". Since I had not had issues, I didn't get the battery replaced. Then, 3 days later on Sunday, it started acting up. I had to go to a different Valvoline and get it replaced on Monday. They wanted to sell me a battery but once they learned they weren't making any additional money from me, they changed their mind.
I'd like to think I can trust my local mechanic. It seems this location takes advantage of female customers.
