Argyle

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand their significance to a business’s performance. However, the lack of customer service and the feeling of being unwelcome at this location were truly disappointing. I arrived at the location at 7:35 AM. There was an oil truck parked outside. It took a more than 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence and come out to greet me. When the individual finally arrived, they had a nonchalant and indifferent attitude, as if I was an inconvenience. I asked if they knew how long it would be before they were ready to service, he said I don’t know it could be a while. I am a fairly loyal, Valvoline customer so rather than going somewhere else I decided to go wash my car. After about 30 minutes I returned- again I had to wait to be acknowledged and eventually blow my horn so that someone could come and guide me into the bay. I was then informed that they didn’t have the oil for my car. Fairly standard W-30. It was a complete waste of my morning, and one individual made it clear he did not want to be there. I understand people have bad days, but whoever owns this location should be very mindful of the impact that their associates is having on their business. To be fair the other gentlemen was very nice. I’m now vowed never to return to this location and since there’s no other Valvoline close to my home, I’m no longer a loyal Valvoline customer.

Great service, and they accepted my coupon too! This will definitely be my go-to service station. Daniel was an excellent attendant, very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Completed my inspection and was on my way in 25 minutes without an appointment. Thank you for the quick service
