I didn't know my groupon would not cover the whole thing so I was asked to pay an additional 16.00. I wish that would have been better explained to me. I was told it would cover 20% off certain things but not that it wouldn't cover all tge oil I needed.

I received no resolution to my problem that began at the Sublett Rd location on Aug 15.I experienced the initial problem when I took my 2023 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change. Manuel the manager admitted his location messed up my oil pan but he let me drive off saying he would set an appointment up with Drivers Edge to fix. When I didnu2019t hear from Manuel, I went back to the Sublett store on Saturday, Aug 17 due to oil leaking. I was told Manuel quit but they called Keith Johnson to handle.Keith came to my house to diagnose & we went to his store on Matlock where he installed a pan saver because he said the part he needed was on national back order. He guaranteed my car was safe to drive. It started leaking again and hes on vacation. I called the Nissan dealership in Arlington who said nothing is on back order & they can fix but it would now cost me over $1,000.I am beyond angry Manuel and Keith lied to me. I have both managers on recording about the problems. I need this fixed ASAP and now I donu2019t feel I can trust anyone at your shops. I desperately need your help.
