They will ask me to get out of line and wait at least 30 minutes in a fast food restaurantThey its training on how to handle an angry customer I just usually get my money back 71 years old. I had just took out of my car to walk a dog and during that time, everyone stopped working on my vehicle, even though my husband was still in the vehicle. They did not tell me that they were not working on my vehicle so I took my time so the dog wouldn’t be rambunctious in the car.. This delayed the completion by over 20 min. They also did not reset the sensor on my oil life so I’ve been on the road and a message for two weeks now that my oil life is zero. That should be a very common thing that is taken care of every car has that sensor now. Also, there were several employees that were not doing anything and just screwing around watching everyone else and giving orders that were not very valuable. I think only two people were actually working there and all the rest were just messing around. It made it very frustrating situation to have taken so long knowing that everybody was just screwing off

Team members never cleared the “maintenance required” light on the dashboard after oil change. Also, didn’t put sticker on windshield noting the mileage for the next oil change. I never saw them check other fluid levels. Not really sure what I’m getting “extra” for a $114 oil change when I get the same thing done at other chain oil change businesses for between $75-89.
