I went to the Valvoline in Burleson for an oil change and also had an engine filter replaced during the service. Sebastian, Chris, and Robert worked on my car, and they were all great. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained what they were doing, shared helpful information about my car, and made sure all the usual checks were taken care of. I also really appreciated that they let me know to check for coupons since they sometimes have them, which shows they actually care about helping customers save money. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I felt well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back.
