They took forever, went through a long sales pitch of their services and then the car wasn't starting and a ton of lights were on the dash directly after their service. They told me I needed a new alternator and to go down the road to Firestone. The car was running extremely rough, and wouldn't go above 30 miles an hour. Firestone did their diagnostic and the battery and alternator were completely fine, Valvoline left the Mass Airflow Sensor unplugged. They plugged it back in and the car was completely fine. I have no idea why they would unplug the MAF in the first place, you don't even need to do that to replace the engine air filter. I went back to Valvoline and talked to the manager and they are opening a case to refund us the diagnostic from Firestone, and couldn't refund the oil change they did, but they're going to provide a 100% off coupon for the next service. The manager did say she just recently took over this location, and she was nice and apologetic about the situation, but that was ridiculous. Won't be coming back and I don't recommend it.
