If I could give this place 0 starts I would! Twice now I have tried to get an oil change at this location but each time I am turned away because "my oil plug is leaking". Their evidence is caked oil around the plug. The first time I took it back to my previous provider they verified the oil levels weren't low and they changed the plug. I also monitored where I park my vehicle and I have never found oil stains.
This time however after they turned me down again, I went home to verify what they claimed and when I looked under my vehicle I found one of their technician had tagged my vehicle "Fake 5"! If this is how they treat potential customers vehicle's I'm glad they didn't service me. Who knows how poorly they service other customers once they've already duped them into buying their sorry excuse of an oil change. I am incredibly upset at their lack of professionalism and disrespect towards my vehicle.
