Took out my transmission dip stick. Said it was broke and they can’t get it back in. Said tech under car noticed it was “wonky” before they even took it out. Now I have to go to a mechanic to get it fixed! $120 oil change to have to go spend more money! Tip: go somewhere for oil change that won’t mess up other things on your vehicle! 10 min oil change ended up being 50 minutes in their bay. Also, there was an additional $11.99 extra oil charge. When I asked the tech what that was for he said he wasn’t sure. It’s added to most the vehicles. When I looked it up it was because my truck takes an extra quart of oil. Just sad the tech didn’t know that.
