They were courteous, helpful, did not oversell and I especially liked the respect they had when wanting access to the interior of my vehicle. No hand came into my car without them prior asking if that was okay for them to do so and what they were wanting to do. So incredibly respectful. These were all young men and true professional gentlemen. As a woman dealing with my car, I usually feel that I am taken advantage of. These gentlemen made me feel like I was actually being taken care of.
