If I could give it 0 stars I honestly would. I went on my lunch break at work thinking it would be quick. I have an hour lunch break and went way over my break because the person doing my oil change and inspection was taking his sweet time and trying to sell me on anything he could. The connection for the computers went out but somehow the inspection machine still worked and so did the lights. I had to wait EVEN longer for the power to just not come back to the computers. I was there for 45 minutes just for an oil change and inspection. Sold me on the air filter but charged $60 for a $10 part that took 2 seconds for him to replace. I’ve had great experiences with the magnolia location but Chris at this 242 location was not great. Customer service was just not good. He could’ve at least offered a discount for how long everything took. Don’t advertise quick servicing if it’s not going to be quick. $166 even after I used a coupon for $18 off. Just for oil change, inspection and a cabin filter. Ridiculous.
