I went to two different locations, first I sit for 10 minutes. A vehicle was done in one bay we were behind another bay. When this vehicle left we were not moved over to that bay. Then all the service people went and worked on that vehicle while we waited behind that vehicle, we left. Unacceptable. This location where we went and did our oil change was much better. Not enough employees to do the job, they were very busy at either location.

I went in for a vehicle inspection. Wouldn't you know it, I couldn't find my Insurance Card. I asked Sean if he minded if I called my Ins. Co. for verification of insurance and he told me he didn't mind. I got an agent on the phone. After verifying who I said I was she immediately found my policy. She gave me the expiration date and then sent a copy of it via email to Sean who transferred it to Valvoline's system. He was wonderful doing that for me as it saved me going home and having to return. I can't say enough about the service I ALWAYS GET at this service center.
