I used to really love this place & have been a repeat customer for over two years. Longtime Coppell resident & I love supporting local businesses! However, the last two oil changes I've had here resulted in too much oil being added to my car, which is NOT good for any car! It can cause numerous mechanical issues. I have an older model vehicle that I plan to drive for several more years. While the crew is always courteous never the same group twice, though!), I can't trust the oil overfill not to occur a third time. Due to my last two recent experiences, I can't (in good conscience) recommend this location.

Got my oil changed with Justin and the customer service was delightful!! Justin was so helpful in assisting not only me, but in helping the wave of people that arrived shortly after me. I appreciate how informative he was with the work being done to my vehicle. I really respect when mechanics help car owners understand maintenance and proper care. Props to Justin today - thank you!
