The real problem I've had here is that I get full synthetic oil, and every time I've gone, they don't change the estimated mileage/date to be 5k-7k on the sticker for next time. They leave it at 3k which has caused confusion and had me come in way too early to get an oil change - which is a waste of money. It almost seems intentional which is very concerning.
