A bit contradictory to be told that I need a service (rear differential fluid) and how it could cause all this damage then when I saw no they move along. Shows it’s just an upsell. Also the overpriced air and cabin air filter replacement is ridiculous

Do what I asked which was to check my oil level and quality before and show me results and discuss if it was time to change it instead of just preparing for the change based on mileage/month sticker on my windshield as manager said is the only thing they go by. Also not trying to sell me things I did not really need. Too much oversell. Felt bad

The wait time was well over 40 mins which technically isn’t the problem. The issue is there was no communication of how long the wait was going to be. I was behind someone who wasn’t getting a simple service and had to watch others get serviced prior to me. Just needing more communication of hey it’ll be about X amount of time and we will get you in. The service itself was perfectly fine and staff was fine.

Person incorrectly entered the mileage on my vehicle, was off by 80k miles BELOW my previous visit. Team member also seemed to laugh when I accidentally turned on the engine of my vehicle when checking the mileage when I meant to only turn on the ignition. Did not check cabin air filter. When removing engine air filter, I noticed 2 screws were missing.

I found out at this service that the last time you changed my oil using the evacuation pump they had left over 1 quart of old oil in the oil pan. We all know that air whipped oil is harmful to the engine.
