Went in for an oil change and left with two flat tires.
Turns out, they put the pressure monitoring caps on so poorly that it was actually releasing air. Intentional? Maybe. They blamed the potholes.

This review isn't really towards the location as it is towards cooperate so however can show this corporate please do so. SO I found on this locations website a coupon for like a % off an oil change. So I go down there and then as my oil is already being drained and I go to present the coupon I'm told they won't honor the coupon as corporate wont pay them back for what they will loose from the coupon. So then I ask well then why is it on your website if you won't honor it? As the manager I guess comes out and asks why I don't want to move forward with my oil change I hear a tech hell the F word cause I guess now he has to put the oil back in my car ( which I was completely fine with) . I explained to the manager that I'm not paying full price for a oil change that I have a valid coupon for from your website. Needless to say whoever from corporate can see this either take it off the websites or reimburse your stores for the little bit of money they will loose on a 80 something dollar oil change.

I love this Copper Cove location. The employees have been there for a while, they know you, take of you and customer service always consistent.
