I asked for an oil change along with my inspection, but because I had been there before, they were able to tell me that I wasn't due for another 2,000 miles. No one else would turn down a sale for the customers sake. That's honestly and integrity.

I came in for an oil change and flush-n-fil for the coolant system. The staff member notified me that the last time that i had been in the mileage was only a difference of 90 miles, even though 8 months had passed. He showed me the clean oil dipstick and suggested that an oil change was not needed. I agreed with the suggestion. The next staff member checked the anti-freeze and stated that the coolant was still in range at the current time. I stated that that i was not aware of the last time that coolant was changed. And we had gone through 3 cold freezing winters and a very hot dry summer. I appreciated the suggestion, but decided to have the coolant Flushed and refilled for my own comfort knowing that the coolant was at its best for protection. There was a comment that there was no rust in the radiator. The staff member proceeded with the process and kept me informed through the whole process and explained what to look for a later date after the service was complete. Excellent service from all the staff involved.
