Update: SAME THING happened to another customer 1 month after my incident! Initial: They lack honesty and integrity for even SMALL problems. They refuse to refund me and claim they’re innocent! I have been to this location multiple times and never had any issues but I will NOT be returning due to the neglect of my last oil change. The service team, Jahir, King & Luke, working on my car did not properly secure the oil filter causing a huge oil leak all over my garage floor. When I went back to location after seeing the leak hoping they’d care considering they were the last people to touch my car. They blamed it on everything but the filter. One of the guys blamed it on the drain plug and the other said the brake fluid…..I came in just days prior with no leaks and no issues. Now within a matter of days AFTER they serviced the car, now I’m having a massive oil leak from places it wasn’t leaking before……they showed no real concern and I ended up having to go to my other mechanic because I didn’t trust what they were saying and within seconds of lifting my car my mechanic told me “your filter is drenched with oil. They didn’t put it in right”….He fixed my issue and I had to get ANOTHER OIL CHANGE! I called the area and store manager at Valvoline back to let them know about the neglect and they still did nothing to make it right. The team who checked my car clearly didn’t want to admit it was the filter because that would cause them to admit fault so they blamed it on other car components which is so unfortunate because I approached them with calmness and understanding and after speaking to the team at the location as well as the store & area manager twice and everyone at Valvoline during this whole situation showed they didn’t care. They got my $113 and didn’t care they were negligent. All Valvoline had to do was replace my filter and I would have been content but a business that doesn’t care about the service they provide to a consistent customer isn’t worth giving my money to any longer.
