The manager Alexis was very thorough with checking my vehicle , made recommendations on the upcoming maintenance, and explained it in a way I understand. The competitors have NEVER checked the cabin filter , and Alexis did, and I am thankful she did, because it hadn't been replaced in years. Valvoline on Preston won my business back. I stopped going a little over a year ago because of a bad experience I encountered, but today was top of the line customer service. Alexis even remembered me from back then. Jeremy and Alexis are a great team. I know there were other technicians there, but they were taking care of the service from underneath the vehicle.
