Manager of this location was a zero at the time I was there approx 1 in the afternoon on a weekday. No service really performed except oil change and I mean oil changed no other fluids check but did ask if I wanted my cabin and air filter checked. But those are very expensive to have done at lube places. I passed.

Technician stated he couldn't remove filter an recommended I return to dealership. Had to pay full price and stated the next oil change would be free. Dealer had no problem changing the filter. Which resulted in me paying dealer for oil filter and labor cost.
