Tried calling this location has a 915 number… You get an automated system that ask you multiple times what you want. When you explain it to him at Rochi to an offsite call center then route you to customer care who then will call them and see if they can work on your vehicle. When you asked to get the phone number customer care gives you the phone number that route you back to customer care. When you ask customer care, simple questions as if you can bring your own oil and what the charge is for an oil change they don’t have prices. They tried to get you to sign up for their app at customer care and download their coupons. So quite literally there’s no way to get a hold of the store unless you drive by there because the local number is actually a call center for all of them in the United States. And they have no idea what the store is actually do or how much it cost. At least that’s my experience!
