I stopped by Valvoline today and was genuinley SHOCKED by the professionalism, kindess, and thouroughness of service I recieved. Richard was my main point of contact and he was communicative and patient with me. He took the time to explain everything they were doing, how much it would cost, and why it was being done. Martin was his assitant and he was walking around in a good mood getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Richard suggested certain services due to the mileage and age of my vehicle but never pressured in any way. I was so pleased with the service I will be returing ASAP with my girlfriends vehicle. All the employees present made eye contact with me, smiled, and nooded. Its the little things that make a high difference and I very much appreciated it. Highly recommend. I will be returning here for all my vehicle needs moving forward.
