I went in for a full service oil change and a headlamp replacement. The next night when I got in the car I realized my headlight was pointing straight down to the ground and I couldn't see anything. I went back the next day told the service rep that it was pointed straight down he had me Pop My Trunk he fiddled with it and said it was fixed then that same night when I drove my car my headlight was not working. Now for the third day in a row I'm going to have to go to the location and either get my money back for the service and light bulb or a tip to have them fix it for the third time. I'm not looking forward to it I don't expect to be satisfied with this third visit probably want my money back instead of giving them a third try

I noticed that they couldnu2019t get my air filter out and gave up on trying. They didnu2019t even bother to mention anything about my air filter or checking it which is usually done at the NRH, TX location. Just seemed like the staff was lazy about it. My tires were also not checked. Which is also usually done at the NRH, TX location.

The experience was okay. Got lead into the bay but wasn't greeted until about 5 minutes later. One associate came by my car leaned on his computer next to my shook his head and then just walked away. The manager came by a few minutes later and began the oil change service. There was some mention about everyone having bad days and I agree. We all have bad days but that shouldn't take away from the customer service experience, overall the actual work and price are fair so I will continue to come here.
