A friendly. experienced, efficient staff members performed my oil change. Other services available were presented to me, but I was never pressured to buy any of them and I truly appreciate that. That is the reason I switched to Valvoline oil change services, so I would not be pressured to buy other services I did not need or want. The technician who performed my oil change was very friendly and courteous. I forgot my coupon at home, but he honored it anyway. That's great customer service!

There was only two staff there when I showed up first thing in the morning. They had all three bays filled with two more cars waiting. When I pulled into the bay they had at least five additional vehicles that pulled into the line. The staff was attentive, quick, had a smile on their face, and got their job done. Gentlemen were very patient and understanding when I would ask them questions. They managed to find the entire oil change records from the previous owner who used this location. They did not try to upsell anything or make me feel pressured to purchase extras, which I appreciate.
