It was my understanding that a battery check would be performed during the oil change. No one told me my battery was bad but today it died. My car wouldn't start. I had to call roadside assistance and buy a new battery. Do you not check batteries anymore?

I first asked about the AARP discount and my tech knew nothing about it. He spoke to someone in the pit area and said they knew nothing about it but I could have a 10% discount? I told him that my email from AARP said 15%. He stated he was told to give me 10%?? I gave him my info and went inside. While waiting I got on the AARP website and it showed - for a limited time the synthetic blend oil change was $25 off and the regular oil change was 50% off. I showed this to my tech and his response was where did you find this? I told him on the AARP WEBSITE for discounts. His response was he gave me the 10% off already. Which do you want? I told him the $25 off was better and he said OK. I waited till they finished and he told me I would get my invoice by email. I assumed he had given me my $25 off as I drove away. Once at home I found NO $25 off only the 10%. There was an additional charge of $15 for oil?? I assume it took additional oil to fill my car but I wasn’t told anything. The tech was far from friendly the entire time. I was hoping to start a new relationship with this store?? ** I think that many cars and trucks now need additional oil - why the extra charge ?? **

My has never leaked oil, prior to getting my oil change at your 407 VIO Now I have at least 6-8 oil spots on my drivewayBoth my filter and my oil drain plug are leaking !!I tried to lose and retighten my drain plug, but it has been put in with so much torque that I can't move it, I expect someone to contact me about fixing this issue or replacing my oil pan

They ran out of synthetic motor oil and had to add five quarts of sythetic blend motor oil. I'm not concerned. Ironically the Valvoline delivery truck arrived while I was in the bay thirty minutes later.My receipt shows 4.0 PT for differential fluid replacement (2 for each diff). The Ram takes 6.1 quarts of 75W-90 gear oil. I hope that was a clerical error. I will call to confirm. I received my receipt by email and noticed the discrepency after I returned home.Good crew doing multiple different tasks. My service was lengthy due to the amount of oil and differentials. I brought a Valvoline coupon but they provided a better discount because of the multiple services and time delay.
