I get taken care of very quickly. Just one thing to mention is that there was oil spilt on the rear bumper and trailer hitch from the car being serviced behind me that should have been wiped off, but for the most part, I am satisfied. 1+1 = 2. When my car was being filled with oil. I noticed oil spilling out of the nozzle so I assume thatu2019s what happened behind me. I think you have to have a cap or just hold your hand on the nozzle so it doesnu2019t spill until you get to the fill port, to avoid this issue.

What a bunch of unmanaged, untrained techs here. First, didn't confirm my name for the service, so this service was done under the name of the previous car owner. 2nd, no one seemed to know what to do, didn't refill power steering fluid, just overall a cluster as these guys were clueless. Finally told them to skip it as they tried and tried to figure out how to get to the air filter. Won't be back and won't allow any of my cars to ever come here. Oh, and try cleaning your lobby while you're at it, such as throwing trash away, throwing the concrete delivery invoice away, throwing away old drain plugs, what a dump.
