Even though somebody who arrived after me was taken into a bay and finished before while it's first come first serve and even though the service manager passed judgment on my vehicle I wouldn't leave a review if the shop would have simply screwed the oil cap back on the car. See the pictures that's exactly how I found the oil cap and you can see all the oil that was kicked out of the engine and covered the entire engine bay, firewall, hood, causing a mess and now I know where that smell is coming from in the cabin at least that is in my hvac system probably. I would not recommend a shop like this the first two strikes are fine but if you can't even screw the oil cap back on a vehicle you probably shouldn't be doing oil changes.

Great experience . Explained every step to me. Even when there was a problem with the drain plug they removed it and replaced it. I am grateful for that. I will be back. Very friendly.
