Vavoline staff damaged my heater while doing a radiator flush and I pray they take responsibility. The workers was fumbling around like something went wrong. I politely got out of my car and asked was everything okay and went into explaining that I need my car functioning safely because I use it for work. I even told them to be upfront if something went wrong I understand mistake happens. They proceeded like everything was fine. Now every since I left there my heater has not worked. They said it would warm up and it hasn't yet as it has been 4 days. Jamie update 11/29 I reached out to customer care several times and still have not received any answers from management.
