9:15 am on a Thursday morning. Extremely slow service, 5 employees just walking around not focusing on any particular vehicle. Wanted this to be my new oil change place but not with this service. Waited over 30 minutes to begin service with the vehicle in front of me only getting an oil change and already had oil drained. 3 other customers got tired of the wait and left. This is my second visit, the first time I left because of the long wait time.
