Slow service. I sat for nearly 1.5hr for a car inspection while they confusingly serviced other vehicles. When they finally got to me they said their system is cut off and no longer allowing them to provide the inspection. Unacceptable and a waste of my time.

The whole team did great, and Richard in particular kept me informed as he did the complementary maintenance checkup. He let me know what looked good, what needed replacement or repair, and recommendations for high quality parts.

Manager walks right past me and deals with 3 cars behind me.i needed an inspection done during my lunch break and he gave the next opening to a customer behind me. I express my dissatisfaction with his lack of attention to one of the employees and that employee was very apologetic. When the manager came over to collect payment. He just stared at me . I asked are you going to apologize. He claimed that the employee did so that was enough. I challenged he was the manager and it falls on his shoes to keep customers happy and his failures cost me my time during lunch. He still refused to apologize. He does not deserve to be a manager and should be retrained at dealing with customers
