This location is a little out of the way from me but I haven't had a bad experience when I go. They were busy, so it took a little while. I met a employee, that has been working for them for 20 or so. He was super professional and a nice dude. Shout out to him. I forgot to get his name. He a Hispanic man and thinking he was a manger. He was training a female employee at the time. I appreciate it when I people like that because they are assets to the company.

Came in for an oil change today and learned that during my last Visit I was blatantly instructed wrong to drive my car 10,000 miles before an oil change was due again. Apparently the standard is 3000 miles and everybody knows that if you read the back of the bottle. Except I don’t read the back of the bottle because I don’t change my own oil. I come to Valvoline. The new manager seemed helpful and reassuring that they are bringing the crew up to speed on proper requirements and education for their customers, but as far as the person who informed me the last time… they’re unable to check the system and see who it was, and of course, because this was 10,000 miles ago they can’t do anything about it either. I’m not coming back and find it upsetting that I I can’t trust what I thought was established and reputable business. I’ve driven my car an extra 7000 miles into the ground without a proper oil change, as instructed by the business.
