AJ was so nice to chat with throughout the time I spent in my car during the oil change. He went out of his way to make me fell comfortable about which oil to use, etc. He also changed my exterior and interior air filters which I brought with me. He also offered to check the pressure in my tires. He went above and beyond what I expected!
I will definitely return to Valvoline for my next oil change. :)
