I asked Ian to check the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. I explained that I had changed them myself but was not sure I I had installed correctly. When he checked the cabin filter, he told me it was okay. I knew it was as I had changed maybe a month ago. I told I wanted to know if installed correctly. He mumbled something. Don't feel like I got a clear answer. I had to ask him about the engine one as not sure he had checked it. He told me that there was only one way to install it, so it was okay. Not happy that he did not ask me if I wanted a receipt, which I did. Why wasn't the air checked in my tires? It wasn't like the place was backed up. They had the time. One kid that was wearing a mask did ask me if I wanted some water. Nothing said about brake fluid or transmission fluid. Ian okay but not very personable.

Without the coupon, my bill would have totalled $87. During my last visit, they neglected to secure the scratch protector underneath my car, and it has been coming loose ever since.
