First, I have loved this location and the service I've received for quite a while. However, over the last two years, I've noticed disappointing changes. In Nov 2022, a technician did not secure our skid plate properly. It fell off my husband's car as he was driving 70 mph on the Dallas North Tollway with nowhere to pull over. It mangled the entire plate which required replacement. Customer Care took good care of us and reimbursed us the cost of a new plate but it required dealing with our mechanic, ordering parts from Honda and extra time. After that incident, we decided to trust this location once again. We would always tell the technicians to please check that the skid plate was secure. Despite our best efforts to remind them to be careful, believe it or not, on Friday, 8/16/24, after we got the oil changed at the Frisco location -- the skid plate fell off AGAIN. Of course on the Dallas North Tollway at high speeds. We had to return the next day to have it secured. My husband was furious and rightfully so. We can't return to Valvoline since the techs just don't seem to check their work and put their customers in danger. Sorry to go. I'll miss y'all.

At the end of service, the techs kept slamming my hood trying to get it closed. It took about 6 tries, and they finally got it done. The next day I noticed a huge dent from the inside of the hood like they had been slamming it closed on a tool that was still in my engine. Even with the dent, the hood opens and shuts easily for me, and we hadnu2019t opened the hood or had any issues for several months before this appointment. Iu2019m highly dissatisfied because you damaged my car.
