I recently came in for an oil change and had a great experience with Landon and TJ. They were both incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their customer service was excellent, and they made me feel welcome throughout the process.
Unfortunately, my experience changed when I went to get my vehicle inspection. The employee who assisted me, Caleb, seemed to be having a rough day and came across as dismissive and rude. When I explained my insurance information and who the policy holder was, he responded with, “I don’t care, that has nothing to do with what I need.” Later, he asked how much air I needed in my tires. When I told him I wasn’t sure, he replied, “So, like 35 then?” before slamming my car door and walking away.
I understand that everyone has bad days, and I try to be understanding of that. However, his attitude throughout the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unfortunately took away from what had otherwise been a very positive experience. Landon and TJ were wonderful, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service.

I've used Valvoline for my oil changes several times and will continue to do so. Every visit has been a great experience. Service technician John did an excellent job and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the visit.
The team provided quick, efficient service and had me in and out in no time without sacrificing quality. I appreciate being able to stay in my vehicle during the entire process, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure to purchase additional services.
One tip: check the Valvoline website before your visit for automatic coupons and discounts—they often have deals available.
