I went in for an oil change and an admissions inspection and I had to fix something on my admissions test before they would pass me. The guy told me just to get it done and come back by and he would pass me, but then I had to wait in line all over again for an hour.

I was very satisfied because they noticed there was a vacuum line missing, which was probably due to a lapse of judgment on the other place that worked on my car. I’m thankful they noticed that or I would’ve never known. They were courteous and explained what they were doing very well and options on other services but I could not afford them at this time . The guy next to me came in for an oil change and the entire staff was working on his truck. They removed part of the dash and spent alot of time working on it. Meanwhile I'm sitting in my car. Took about 30 to 40 minutes to get mine completed.The manager was not a happy camper and let it be known she was leaving at 3 p.m. and not to take any more customers.

I love valvoline and have never had a negative experience prior to this visit! I honestly was just disappointed because the staff all seemed more interested in talking to each other than doing their job. I love that they all get along, truly is great! however, they all were so busy talking they frequently were asking who had done what job and it just was very chaotic, they didn't seem to flow cohesively, no one did any safety checks on my car such as lights or tire pressure or ask me any questions about my car at all other than the mileage, I never was told about the status of any recommended services or even mentioned my filter, which I have always had done every time I go. At Valvoline the staff is always great about showing me and walking through each check they do on the computer, except for this location, and also it was multiple people who helped me but was not cohesive at all, I was confident that there were things missed because there was a major lack of communication or role clarity. Also just one other thing was a staff member told me there was an issue/recall on a major part for my car however, I have looked into it and she was wrong and not sure why she told me that...
