Great service every time! Quick and great quality service. Also honest! Don’t try to sell me a cabin filter when I already have a new one (like a lot of places) as well as my battery checks. I don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of and even better I don’t have to even exit my vehicle. I also love that they top my tires off for me! I also almost always find a coupon!

I was extremely disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed during my visit to this Valvoline location. My vehicle is new, so there was an issue with the correct oil specification that wasn’t in the system. The assistant manager, Salvador, was taking the time to determine the proper oil recommendation before asking me to choose between the available options. At that point, no oil had been selected because we were still identifying the correct specifications for my vehicle. Instead of allowing the process to continue, the store manager, Brendan became visibly frustrated and began criticizing Salvador in front of me. The situation quickly escalated into a loud shouting match between the two managers while I was still in the service bay. Both of them were yelling at each other creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment. Regardless of who initiated the disagreement, both managers handled the situation in an unacceptable and unprofessional manner. As a customer, it was astonishing to witness members of management engage in a public argument over a routine service matter. Disagreements are inevitable in any workplace, but they should be addressed privately and with professionalism not in front of customers. Rather than leaving with confidence in the service I received, I left questioning the leadership, workplace culture, and overall professionalism of this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Customers deserve an environment where they feel respected and comfortable, not one where they are forced to witness management shouting at one another while their vehicle is being serviced. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location until significant improvements are made in how management conducts itself.
