Paid for inspection. It was completed. When I tried to get my tags online was told no inspection on file. Called valvoline, was told there was a “computer” problem. Had to bring the vehicle in a 2nd time and waste 30 minutes going thru emissions test. Very nice staff but no apologies.

I’ve visited the location closer to my house but the service there does not compare to the Beach Street location. Beach Street is always very thorough and courteous. They always do the checks and check my tire pressure. I don’t get this at other locations. I will only visit this location from now on to service my car.

I pulled in a little after 11am; it was getting busy and I believe there were 3-4 cars in front of me. I still think I was out of there within 30-35 minutes. Tyler took care of my oil change was a pro's pro. He was in constant communication with his counterparts Jordan, Jared, and Jose in the neighboring bays to make sure everyone was getting taken care of in a timely manner. I typically do my own oil changes, but stopped by Valvoline for the convenience this time; I'll probably stop in more often just because of how easy it was.
