Harker Heights

I didn't have to get outside of my car. Also I was told of the service they offered and what was next in the oil change process.

Great service. Fast and very reliable and informative of what I needed. Thank you guys

I was not pleased at all and after seeing all the great reviews from others I wondered why my day was shit! They started my oil change then realized they didn’t have enough oil to finish . So ok, that was stupid to even realize that after they had took out the old then put what they had in there. When asking what they could do the lady that worked in the pit told me to go across the street in the car and ask O’Reilly auto parts if they carried my oil. At this point, I was just baffled so I ask how much oil should I be getting from across the street and they said 4 to 5 quarts . OK so did you not put any in my car and if so, why do I still need four or 5 quarts? O’Reillys was a huge help. They did not have the oil that they sent me for but they had oil that was compatible but they also thought that it was fairly odd of them to notice this issue in the middle of the year I’ll change,so I go back with the oil that cost me $45 and they finished my oil change and they charged me only $50 so then I ask about a coupon because I had a coupon and they said no ! straight out nope !we do not take coupons . This one says Valvoline oil change coupon which was where I was and she said no we’re a franchise so we don’t do any coupons . anyway that will be my last time going there. I’m usually not a complainer. I don’t find fault in a lot of stuff, but this was so baffling to me .maybe they were just having a bad day I really don’t know. The staff seemed nice but my they made some really bad mistakes that day.
