Was talking at work about how my '15 minute' oil changes were always an hour or more. (Last time I went, the crew had me move to let another car in front. Someone they knew.) I was told to try these guys. THEY WERE GREAT! I was greeted while still in line to enter the garage. They had someone doing tires, someone doing oil, someone came by and reset my oil change tracker. Women were working there! (I am a woman and was starting to suspect that not-being-male was part of why I always got 1 hour plus changes.) I will be back with all four cars and will suggest Valvoline to anyone else looking for an oil change. The cherry on the cake, Valvoline was less expensive! They ASKED me if I wanted the cabin filter checked - and showed it to me! VERY pleased. I felt like a valued customer. I am not used to that from an oil change place. THANK YOU!
