It's South Texas in the middle of the summer. It was quite hot outside and we were sitting there in the car and sweating for 45 minutes for an oil change. Nobody offered the use of the air conditioned space and also did not inform us of why it was taking so long. A new employee was being trained on a separate bay and I presume this was related to the delay??? The staff did not know how to grease suspension fittings and they required the manager to teach &/or perform the service. I have also discovered my intake was damaged with one broken tab, 1 missing screw, & 1 stripped screw leaving only a single screw holding the upper part of the intake housing against the filter. As you might expect the secondary metal screen where the sensor is gummed up with bugs and large debris. I can only imagine the amount of smaller dirt particles that have made their way into the intake, cylinder heads, oil...etc. Somebody should have said something about this.
