Great service, except when I mentioned I had an email for 20% off (not positive of % amount) tech pointed out that was for synthetic oil. He did not mention that the same coupon offered a lower % off for regular oil. It wasn't until I noticed the 2nd offer in the email and brought it to his attention that I was given the lower % off! Why did he not mention that when I first brought up the email?
