I called and asked about an emissions test, they said it would be 15 min wait. Waited for 30 min for them to tell me they don't have anyone there who can do it. annoying

Sunday, 1/4/26 — 10AM. This place used to be really fast and convenient. It has quickly devolved to slow and rude. The staff has zero sense of urgency and zero incentive to be friendly or fast. An employee walked up to my window — didn’t say a word. Not a good morning, hi how can I help you, nothing. Just stood there. I said just need an oil change. Again no words spoken. Just walks off. Everyone moving like molasses and providing zero information while you wait, and zero customer service. Truly remarkable. I ended up leaving. You’re better off going down further to Jiffy Lube. You’ll at least be attended to faster and people actually speak.
