The staff during that shift was awesome. Very polite. Recognized my disabled veteran status. They made me feel special. I felt important. It was a great uplift at that moment for me, when I needed it. This is an exampleWere customer service: Being polite and friendly goes a long way. I thank you guys for making my day. It was at the end of a shift and the power just went out and when the lights went back on they were back to work. I can see the hard work and long day on their faces. With the sweat and oil and they still found it within themselves to keep a smile and a positive attitude. Give these guys a raise or send them to corporate. As expected servie was completed quickly. Also, I was reminded of need to check on tire rotation (which is provided by company that sold me tires). Also, a battry chck shows that my battery is near end of life. I did choose to shop around for new battery.

I don't drive a Lexus I drive a Cadillac and they greeted me by the wrong name. I figured out later they changed the Lexus owners info to mine in the computer. They didn't ask for my mileage until the end, at which point they had already increased it in the computer by about 15,000 miles, so now Carfax is wrong. I was told they were sending something to customer service to correct it but have not heard anything back. When I voiced my concern over my mileage being wrong, the gentleman was very snappy with me. I told him that the other man had not scanned the inside of my door when I pulled in, nor did he ask my mileage. They didn't realize their mistake until I pointed out the next oil change sticker was very wrong and they also gave me a recommended service for another car. I am not sure how to find put if my mileage has been corrected. I use to frequent this location, but I will not be back.
