The Representative did not know who to work the computer and was noted very irritating of that fact, He seen very unhappy, did not offer salutations before or after my service. Please and thank you

The service and any parts are too expensive. My small uses only 4 quarts as it is a small 4 cylinder. Even with the military discount, it was still $90. Last, the invoice says the windshield washer fluid was checked. It was not. I still had to purchase an additional gallon of washer fluid from another store to top it off. The reservoir was dry.
