Valvoline Instant Oil Change

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!** ** They will ruin your car if you don't buy their additional items** I went for an oil change and inspection Saturday morning at 1/31/2026 7:57 AM. This tall white comlexted latin man Pablo kept pushing me to buy this flush and got upset that I told him i would not buy it. Just so happens after not buying the flush my check engine light turned on and I failed the inspection on my low mileage toyota. My car never had a check engine light on when I first got in the oil change bay! And then Pablo handed me a failed inspection report with crap on it. I went to Shepherd Valvoline immediately after and they reset my light and told me the Kiry Dr location intentionally did the oil change and inspection at the same time as they knew it would fail the inspection and create a check engine light on my car. I have already called the corporate and reported the Kirby dr location for they dont screw over the local community. Please only go to the Shepherd location off 610. This Kirby drive location intentionally failed my inspection in spite of me not buying the flush. I have called corporate on you all at Kirby Dr location. Thank you again Shepherd Valvoline for saving me from the crooks at Kirby dr Valvoline and resting my car. Now I have to drive 90 miles until I can re complete the inspection from these nasty crooks at Kirby Drive Valvoline.
