WARNING ⚠️ This place will break things on your vehicle and avoid responsibility due to there internal process. Do not trust "Sir Mike" This guy is very unprofessional and will not listen to you or your problem. Was on call with him and he repeatedly ignored what I was trying to tell him about the damage to my air filter mount. He kept bringing up a separate issue and pretended like I wasn't trying to explain mine. He hung up on me during the claims call and when I called back, he refused to talk to me.
The issue in question was that I came in to the shop to get my oil change and air filter replaced. All of a sudden my car starts having all these broken things with it. A broken part adjacent to my air filter, a bad drain plug, and now a broken piece under my air filter.
When I asked if they checked that all by screws were mounted upon leaving during the claims call, they said no and they apologized. Admitted fault but still denied my claim and then hung up on me while I was still talking.
Sir Mike is unprofessional and should be looked into on how he runs things.
Armohnie Campbell is a good guy that listens and tries to help out.
Attached are pictures and video of the parts they claim they didn't break, even though they're the only ones who touched my vehicle.

Came for a oil change Roderick was great!
Also, Mike also found a leak for me in my tire that was much appreciated!
