Simply put, kindness and sincerity was the feeling I got from the employees that morning. As I was guided in over the bay I was complimented for how accurate my parking was. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. The extra step of kindness was when the ac filter had to be replaced. This was at the foot of the passenger side where my 81 yr old Mother was. He respectfully helped her out of the car and walked her over to the sitting room. Perfect for her since it was ac'd and had a restroom.
